Michelle Drusky-Visconti

Creator of Visconti Healing

Equine Massage Therapist

My work is dedicated to helping clients understand their bodies and work with them, rather than against them. Whether I’m supporting humans or animals, I’m continually inspired by the positive transformations that unfold from session to session. I see myself as a guide someone who walks beside each client on their unique path toward greater health, comfort, and balance.

Throughout my years working with alternative healing modalities, I’ve learned that true wellness is never one-size-fits-all. Every body is different, every story is different, and every healing journey deserves individualized care. My promise is simple: I will listen, collaborate, and honor your needs. We’re a team, and together we’ll support the process—one step, one session, one gentle shift at a time.

Emotional Support Human

Emotional Support Human

I am an animal lover and huge supporter of my wife. She has educated this born and raised Brooklynite in the ways of farm life. I never thought I would want this to be life, but now I wouldn't have it any other way.

After spending my adult life in the US Air Force, I am loving my job as an emotional support human and emergency responder. Michelle took my desire to pet all the animals and turned it into a lifestyle.

I use to tease my wife for being a professional hippie. Now I am a proud member of the crew.

Yoga Teacher

The confessional poet Anne Sexton said that poetry should serve as “the axe for the frozen sea within us,” and I would argue that yoga creates a safe space to break free as well—from buried emotions, daily stress, and the restrictions placed upon us.

In my yoga teaching, I focus on slow, gentle movements that create a crossroads of words (mind, the suit of swords in tarot) and movement (body, pentacles in tarot).  Each class combines sound and a freeing, full body experience, culminating in a meditation.

From the time I was twelve and doing after school yoga on PBS, I knew I was no flexy-bendy superstar; instead, I found a soft space for quiet reflection with focused intention.  As an adult, I found yoga soothed not only my aching body but also heart.

Ruby is known for her retreats and gentle workshops, including the Royal Retreat with studio owner Michelle, as well as her restorative series with sounds bowls.  She is also our resident tarot reader.

Meet Nikki Cotton Sasfai

With over 25 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and rediscover what their bodies are capable of, Nikki brings equal parts expertise, encouragement, and lighthearted fun to every class.

She’s a Certified Yoga Teacher, Barre Teacher, Level 1 MELT Method Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and trained Personal Fitness Trainer. She also specializes in prenatal and postpartum fitness, pelvic floor health, and diastasis recti correction. Her teaching style blends the foundations of breath and muscle activation with bodyweight movement—because true strength starts from the inside out.

In Nikki’s classes, you’ll find options for every body—whether you’re seated in a chair, standing tall, or working on balance and core strength. Her approach is especially loved by women in peri- and post-menopause (she’s right there with you!) and by anyone who wants a supportive space to move without pressure or intimidation.

Her mission? To help you build confidence in your body, find joy in movement, and connect with a community that celebrates progress over perfection. And yes—she believes laughter is an underrated core exercise.

Holly Stehle

Yoga Teacher

After years of believing she wasn’t flexible enough for yoga, Holly Stehle dipped her toes into the world of bendiness and mindfulness through a yoga class offered by a local church. That was the gateway to practicing yoga for the last 10 years and the inspiration to complete her Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) training in hatha yoga in December 2022. Since then, she has taught various pop-ups in the Sardis/East End/Bauxite area and has enjoyed connecting with the local community. With a focus on slow and mindful movement, breath work, and guided meditations, her classes are accessible for beginners, while still appealing to experienced practitioners. She is passionate about self-care, meeting you where you are on the mat, and demonstrating that everybody and every body can do yoga. Many of us are stuck in the daily grind of life, and yoga is a pathway to recentering ourselves in our bodies, minds, and hearts.

In Hollys non-yoga teaching life, you can find her chauffeuring her three teenage boys around central Arkansas to all their activities, hanging with her three dogs, spending time with her husband, and trying to live that soft life.
